LawnMowerRepair.online

Pre-launch legal review

Terms of Use

Draft for attorney review. These proposed terms are not a contract and do not authorize a live launch, provider outreach, referrals, or paid service.

Independent referral service

LawnMowerRepair.online is an independent advertising and referral service, not a repair company. We do not inspect, diagnose, transport, service, repair, warrant, or price equipment. Independent providers decide whether to respond and are responsible for their own work, licensing, insurance, pricing, scheduling, transport, warranties, and customer relationship.

Information and referrals

Educational content is general information, not a diagnosis or safety instruction for a particular machine. A future request may be shared with an independent provider only as disclosed and consented to by the customer. No request guarantees provider acceptance, availability, coverage, a callback, a quote, a repair, or a result.

User responsibilities

Users must submit accurate information, avoid unlawful or abusive use, protect their own account credentials, and communicate directly with providers about estimates, diagnostic fees, parts, timing, pickup, delivery, warranties, and safety. Do not submit emergencies or information that you are not authorized to share.

Provider relationships

Any agreement for repair work is between the customer and the independent provider. LawnMowerRepair.online is not a party to that service agreement. Provider participation, trial, fee, territory, and referral terms are separate draft documents requiring attorney review and owner approval.

Content, brands, and availability

Images are representative; brands and trademarks belong to their owners. Content, routes, provider availability, and features may change or remain unavailable. No launch, publication, indexing, routing, lead collection, phone display, or external notification is authorized by this page.

Draft status

These terms require attorney review for jurisdiction, warranties, limitations, dispute resolution, privacy rights, communications consent, accessibility, and any fee or cancellation terms. Until approved and posted, they should not be treated as final contractual terms.
